Michael G. Sims, 81, of Wilsonville, passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2018, at his residence.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home parlor from 1-2 p.m., with the funeral to follow at the funeral home and burial to follow at Scott Cemetery in Carbon Hill. John McPhearson will officiate.
Mr. Sims was preceded in death by his Father-Andrew Sims; Mother-Lorine Gray Sims; Sisters-Barbara Stewart and Margaret Gwin Sims; and Brother-John Lynn Sims.
He is survived by his Daughters-Cindy Sims and Dawn Bledsoe; Son-Joe Sims; Brothers-Hoyt Sims and Philip Sims; 6 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
