Michael Dewayne Hayes, 48, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at Shackleford Chapel, Collinwood, Tenn. Services will be 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Balentine Cemetery, Lutts, Tenn. He was the son of the late Ottis Jude and Wanda Bevis Hayes.
