Mr. Michael Dale Fults, 48, passed away, Saturday December 5, 2015. He was born in Palmer, Tennessee on July 8, 1967. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Jackson Fults; mother, Wanda Sue Scissom Layne.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Fults; son, Michael Blake Fults (Chelsea Morrison); daughter, Brittany Shea Fults; step-mother, Joy Lee Fults; step-father, Crandle Layne; brothers, Jacky Ray (Christie) Fults and Christopher Gene Layne; sisters, Susan Diane Showalter, Teresa Ann (Tommie Lee) Totherow, Tammy Rae Miller and LeAnn (Paul Tree) Brown; grandson, Holden Chase Debord; several nieces and nephews.
