Michael C. Forsythe, 35, of Florence, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018. A graveside service will be Friday, October 19, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Greenview Memorial Gardens.
Preceding him in death were his maternal grandparents, Wade and Dortha Patton; and paternal grandparents, Edward D. and Louise Forsythe.
Survivors are his wife, Callie R. Forsythe; mother, Charla Patton; father, Eddie Forsythe; children, Alexis Forsythe, Riley Forsythe and Michael Forsythe, Jr.; sisters, Courtney Pullen and Shequanda Jenkins; and brothers, Jason Means and Justin Michael.
