Michael Branscomb “Mike” Kelley, age 66, died Tuesday, May 19, 2015. Graveside services will be Thursday, May 21, at 2 p.m. at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens with brother Rod Stansky officiating.
He was preceded in death by his father, Howard B. Kelley.
