Michael “Big Mike” Allen Quillen, passed away on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022. He was born on November 6th, 1959, in Ardmore, Tennessee, to Floyd and Lavinia Burks Quillen.
“Big Mike” was happiest around his family and on the back of a horse riding into the sunset. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, and the best friend a man could have. He was loved by many and never met a stranger.
He is survived by his loving wife Mary Ann Quillen; his son Michael Allen Quillen II (wife Tiffany); grandchildren Michael Allen Quillen III and Charles “Charlie” Quillen; brother Tim Quillen; sister Wilma Sylvester; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to a fund at Redstone Federal Credit Union to aid in expenses.
