TUSCUMBIA-Holiday festival reminiscent of the holiday classic “A Christmas Carol”, Carriage rides, snow falling, music, arts & crafts and food vendors all this on a cold Saturday for the annual “Dickens Christmas Y’all” held in Tuscumbia on Saturday, December 9.
Everyone who braved a cold crisp day had a great time at this Victorian Style street party. The Quad Cities Daily’s own Kristen Mance was on hand to capture Christmas Pat, present and Future in photos.
