Merble Jane Talley Arnold, age 75 of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Rome, Georgia on February 14, 1945 to the late Jewel and Marion (Massey) Talley and graduated from Donelson High School in Nashville. Before her retirement, she was employed by the United States Government as a legal secretary for the Air Force. After retirement, she was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed spending time on the golf course where she was referred to by her friends as “Hollywood.” Jane also enjoyed showing Quarter Horses, but most of all she cherished the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, M.L. Wright and Joe Arnold; and siblings, Raymond Talley and Ellen Talley. Jane is survived by her daughters, Beth (Steve) Steadmon and Laura (Angelo) Kane; grandchildren, Kierston Wright, Breydon Bentley, and Caraline Kane; great-grandchild, Fallon Lambert; step-daughter, Joy (Jeff) Infinger; and step-grandchildren, Hunter Infinger and Jansen Infinger. Visitation will be from 1:00-3:30 pm on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 3:30 pm in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev.
