Melvin Wallace Austin, 44, of Muscle Shoals, passed away June 24, 2013, at his residence. He was a member of Ford City Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 26, 2013, from 12:30-2 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 3 p.m. in Shady Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Curtis Scolfield officiating.
Wallace was preceded in death by his grandparents, Claude and Lonellar Dickerson, Louie and Ethel Austin.
He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Garcia; parents, Melvin and Margaret Austin; daughters, Casey Austin, Estella Rodriguez, McKenzie Austin; brother, Tim Austin (Christie); grandchild, Olivia Hamm (his little buddy), all of Muscle Shoals, Ala.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Austin, Josh Austin, Troy Dickerson, Brian Dickerson, Thomas Johnson and Steve Puckett.
