Melvin Denis Bridwell, Sr., 84, of Huntsville, passed away Saturday. Mr. Bridwell was preceded in death by his wife: Helen McMurtrie Bridwell; brother: Billy Bridwell; and sister: Shirley Hartsfield; and mother and father.
Survivors include his wife: Faye Widner Bridwell; two sons: Denis (Mitra) and Eric (Charlotte) Bridwell; daughter: Angie (Butch) Massey; stepson: James (Debbie) Dailey; seven grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren; two sisters: Brenda (Greg) Brown and Betty Jean Roberson; and sister-in-law: Linda Bridwell.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 17th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Mylon Metcalf and Greg Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Huntsville Park Baptist Church.
