Melissa June Lambert- Ray, age 63, of Tuscumbia, died Saturday, March 11, 2017. The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, March 14th from 10 to 11 a.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Iuka, Mississippi.
Mrs. Lambert-Ray was a native of Tishomingo County. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and sister. Melissa was preceded in death by her father, George Lambert; mother, Arvilla Hayes; and brother, Tony Lambert.
Survivors include son, James Ray; daughters, Leighanne Archer and Cassie Hollander; brothers, Lawrence and Micah Lambert; sister, Sharon Butler; and six grandchildren.
