Melburn Jeanette Shipley Rowell, 65, died Saturday, July 11, 2015. Public viewing will be 2-8 p.m. today at Grace Memorial Funeral Home, Sheffield. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Greater St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church, with burial in Florence City Cemetery.
