Meet exhibiting artist, Marian Baker

FLORENCE-The Kennedy-Douglass Center for the Arts is pleased to offer a “Meet and Greet” opportunity with exhibiting artist, Marian Baker, this Sunday, October 1^st at 2 p.m.  Marian is a contemporary folk artist whose work conveys her signature whimsical style and keen sense of humor.  Join us for an afternoon of art and stories, and don’t miss the chance meet Marian and view her lively exhibit one more time before its close.  “Storytelling Time, Again” will continue to be on display through Oct. 6, 2023.

The Kennedy-Douglass Center for the Arts is free and open to the public Monday – Friday from 9-4 and on Sundays from 1-4. The art center is located at 217 E. Tuscaloosa St. Florence, AL and can be reached by calling (256) 760-6379.
