Maxine Bedsole, 71, of Enterprise passed away Monday, December 23, 2013 at her home.
Funeral will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, December 27, 2013, at First Baptist Church of Enterprise with Rev. Sonny Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Pansey, AL with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 AM until service time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Building Fund, 302 North Main Street, Enterprise, AL 36330.
Maxine retired after 32 years as an elementary school teacher at Hillcrest Elementary School.
Survivors include her husband, Dick Bedsole, Enterprise; son, Dr. Richard Bedsole (Susan), Decatur, AL; grandchildren, Sara Elizabeth Bedsole, Auburn, AL, Andrew Bedsole, Decatur, AL; brother, Dr. William Hendley (Sandra) Anniston, AL.
