Max Earl Cash – Obituary

Max Earl Cash, age 80, died on Monday, December 7, 2015 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
A native of Gosnell, AR, Max was born on February 8, 1935, the son of the late Hiram Florence and Maggie Barnes Cash. He spent the majority of his working career as a restaurant manager and later as a truck driver. He enjoyed many outdoor activities including, hunting, fishing and working in the garden. He also enjoyed “tinkering” with motors and other items in his spare time. He was a member of Gospel Light Baptist Church of Jackson, TN.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-four years, Mildred Cash of Jackson, TN; a daughter, Cindy Helton and husband Dell of Lexington, TN; three sons, Richard Cash and wife Judge Denise Andre of Franklin, TN, Jeff Cash and wife Tina of Chehalis, WA and Wade Cash and wife Alishia of Jackson, TN; ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
SERVICES: A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, December 11, 2015 in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors with Pastor Wade Cash officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Arrington Funeral Directors.
The family is requesting that memorial contributions be directed to the Gospel Light Baptist Church, 627 Boone Lane, Jackson, TN 38301 going toward Missionary Bibles.
