Mavis Lovett Lindsey, age 91, of Haleyville, Alabama passed away Thursday, October 3, 2019 at her residence. She was of the Pentecostal faith and attended Hamilton Church of God.
Visitation is Sunday, October 6, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home-Haleyville. Funeral service at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Emmanuel Jackson and Bro. Steve Chappel officiating. Burial in Liberty Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Lindsey is survived by her sons, Barry Dean (Dianne) Lindsey and Timothy Joe (Gena) Lindsey; sisters, Faye Lawler and Launa McConnel; grandchildren, Joe(Christy) Lindsey, Bart (Kim) Lindsey, Kenney (Sarah) Lindsey, Bonnie (Daniel) Gattis and Jessica (Brandon) Blair; great grandchildren, John Taylor Lindsey, Gunner Lindsey, Jessie Lindsey, Ellie Lindsey, Ethan Gattis, Emma Gattis, Henry Blair and Bennett Blair.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Murphy and Lola Cockrell Lovett; husband, Bobby Dean Lindsey; brothers, Robert Lovett and Jim Lovett.
