Mavis Laverne Brock, 83, of Ardmore, Alabama passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022 in Ardmore, Tennessee. She was born Tuesday, November 22, 1938 in Elkton, Tennessee to the late Harold Holt and Mable Peek Holt.
Ms. Brock has lived here most of her life and was a member of Pleasant Hill Methodist Church. She was a seamstress and enjoyed all craft projects.
She is survived by her sons, Thomas Beddingfield of Athens, AL and Keith Brock of Ardmore, AL; daughter, Regina (Jeff) Ratley of Harvest, AL; and granddaughter, Brianna Ratley.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from 12 Noon until 2:00 PM followed by the Chapel service at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, AL. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Prospect, TN.
