Maurice Edmund Fisher, age 84, of Huntsville, AL passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019.
Maurice was born on November 17, 1934 to Thomas and Gertrude Fisher. He was a loving husband of 65 years, a devoted father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Maurice will not be forgotten by all who knew him and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his wife Bettie Fisher, his parents Thomas and Gertrude Fisher, his brother Donald Fisher, his sister Betty McCuddy, and his son-in-law Phillip Carney.
Maurice will be missed by his children Amy Carney and Mike Fisher (Ruth Ann); his grandchildren Phil Carney (Megan), Ali Petit (Joseph), Katie Fisher, Jennifer Wolfe (Josh), and DJ Fisher; his great grandchildren Keaton Carney, Kyndle Carney, and Camden Petit; and his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation is Friday, March 8, 2019, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens
