Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Abyssinia Baptist Church(2816 Colley Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23508) with Dr. Sheridan Nelson officiating. Interment will be in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens ( 6329 East Virginia Beach Blvd Norfolk, VA).
The Mullen family will receive guests from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 8, 2019 at Keith Matthews Funeral Home (5665 East Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA)
