Mattie Lou O’Bryan, 97, of Huntsville, AL, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2020 at Huntsville Hospital.
Visitation is Sunday, June 14th from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by chapel service at 4:00. Burial will be Tuesday, June 16th at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Cedar Grove, TN after a service at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church where she attended.
Mattie Lou, the daughter of the late John and Lillie Clark, was born February 15, 1923 in Cedar Grove, TN. She was married to the late Robert Ray O’Bryan of Cedar Grove. Mattie Lou was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a devoted Christian and served God and family her entire life.
She is survived by her daughter, Janice O’Bryan-Sourni; son-in-law, Rachid Sourni; four grandchildren, Tammy Downs, Penny Portwood, Steve Watson, and Lauren O’Bryan; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
