Matthew Stephens, 41, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family.Visitation will be held at Roselawn Funeral Home on June 6, 2026, from 12:30 p.m to 1:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow beginning at 1:00 pm with Chaplain Otto Wood officiating.
Matthew Stephens is survived by his wife, Brandy Stephens; daughters, Ava and Natalie; mother, Jane Redd; father, Matthew Stephens Sr. (La-jeune Fincher); sister, Pam Ryan (Justin); nephews, Weston, Titus, and Colter; nieces, Sloane and Georgia; Father-in-law, Mark Osborne (Joann); Mother-in-law, Pam Keenum (David); sister-in-law, Nicole Osborne; brother-in-law, Anthony Osborne.
Matthew dedicated more than a decade of his career to working as a Data Cable Infrastructure Technician, spending much of that time serving as a Project Manager. He was known for his strong work ethic, leadership, and commitment to excellence. His colleagues respected him not only for his knowledge and professionalism but also for his willingness to support and encourage those around him.
Above all else, Matthew was a devoted husband and amazing father who cherished the time he spent with his loved ones. He had a passion for travel and enjoyed exploring new places, creating lasting memories and adventures with family.
Though his passing leaves an immeasurable void, his love, kindness, and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, friends, coworkers, and all whose lives he touched.
