Funeral services for Mr. Matthew Jacob Griffin, age 33, will be held at 2 pm Friday, April 9, 2021 at the Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12 noon until service time on Friday. All services will follow the appropriate social distancing protocols, with face masks required, as set forth by the CDC and state of Tennessee.

Mr. Griffin was a machinist for TA Tool and Die in Milan, TN, and he loved to drag race and cook.
Mr. Griffin is survived by his wife, Nicole Griffin; a daughter, Madelyn Griffin; his parents, Mike and Norma Griffin; a brother, Barry Maitland and wife Cindy; three nephews, Jesse, Mason, and Robert; and two nieces, Lily and Lanie.
