Matthew Edward Kutschman, 49, passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2025, in Memphis, Tennessee, after a sudden illness. He was born on July 17, 1976 in Warren, Michigan to Minnie Faye Kutschman and the late Richard “Dick” Kutschman. Matt grew up and lived most of his life in Oscoda, Michigan, only recently relocating to Lexington, Tennessee to be closer to family. A free-spirit, Matt loved heavy-metal music, the great outdoors, and all animals, particularly his dogs, Curtis and Buddy.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Minnie Faye Kutschman; a brother, Richard Kutschman, Jr. (Rowena), and a sister, Kelly Murphy (Brian). The family has chosen cremation and a celebration of life will follow at a later date.
