Mrs. Mary Y. Crawford, age 83, of Arab, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Diversicare of Arab.
Mrs. Crawford was born on July 11, 1934 in Cullman County to John Yarbrough & Nellie Hopson Yarbrough. Her late husband was Danny Crawford who passed in 2006. Mrs. Crawford was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star- Amanda King Chapter #472. She enjoys crocheting & fishing.
Mrs. Crawford is a member of New Canaan Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Tony & Liz Yarbrough; sister & brother-in-law, Marie & Ray Franks; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents and late husband.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Bro. Jerry Burgett, officiating. Burial will be in New Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will include: Tony Yarbrough, Clay Ledbetter, Tate Ledbetter, Roger Overcast, Ricky Hobbs, & Morris Sheffeld.
Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
