Mary Willadean Roberts Miller, 89, of Athens, passed away on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025, at Limestone Health and Rehabilitation in Athens. She was born on October 4th, 1936, in Pisgah, AL, to Herman and Nellie Bedingfield Roberts.
Services for Mrs. Miller will be Friday, November 21st, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, from 12:00 to 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home. The burial to follow will be at Limestone Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be nephews.
Mrs. Miller was a member of Northside Church of Christ and retired from Redstone Arsenal after forty years.
She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-three years, Robert L. Miller; her parents, Herman and Nellie Roberts; four brothers; and two sisters.
She is survived by one son, Wade Miller, two daughters, Brenda L. Miller and Jo Anne Miller; one grandson, Michael Miller; three granddaughters, Shane Jimenez (Julio), Jessie Atchley, and Chris Miller; four great-granddaughters, Ana Romero, Grace Mendoza, Isabella Mendoza, and Rowen Miller all of Athens; two brothers, Leon Roberts (Mary) of Rogersville and Clayburn Roberts (Layne) of Athens; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Northside Church of Christ or the Alzheimer’s Association.
