Mary Sue Guthrie, 74, of Huntsville, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020. Mrs. Guthrie was preceded in death by parents, Thomas Franklin Guthrie and Cynthia Jane Allen Guthrie; daughter, Crystal Stovall; grandson, Luther William Gene Davis; and siblings, William Guthrie, Essie Davidson, Bessie Guthrie, Christine Daum, A.C. Guthrie, Robert Guthrie, and Thomas Franklin Guthrie, Jr.
Survivors include children, Leanne Nichols (Mark), Dennis Ray Helton (Robin), Carol Goodwin (Robert) and Brandi Singer (Eddie); siblings, Vernon Guthrie, Ernest Guthrie, and Shirley Black; 20 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29th, at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30th, at Laughlin Service Chapel with Thomas Anthony Black officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore, AL.
