Mrs. Mary Rowan Smith, age 74, of Boaz, Alabama died on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at Diversicare of Boaz.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 o’clock pm on Friday, August 7, 2025, in the McRae Chapel with Bro. Bill Lackey officiating. Burial will follow in the Pineview Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 1:00 pm until service time at the funeral home.
Mrs. Smith was born in Alabama on February 26, 1952, to Junior Winston & Mary Jo Smith Rowan.
Mrs. Smith is survived by Son: Jeremy Dannon Smith of Boaz, Grandson: Lamar Junior Smith of Boaz, Brother: Teddy R. Terry of Boaz. She was preceded in death by her parents: Junior Winston & Mary Jo Rowan and Husband: Neal Smith.
