Mary Pressnell Fitch, age 97 of Fayetteville, TN passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Donalson Care Center. Mrs. Fitch was born on February 23, 2016 in Limestone County to the late Josie and Joe Allen Pressnell.
Mrs. Fitch was preceded in death by her husband Roy Fitch; three brothers, Odie Pressnell, Paul Pressnell, and Ernest Pressnell, and sister, Lucille Yarbrough.
She is survived by her step-daughter Linda Welch and husband Fred of Fayetteville, TN; two step-sons, Jimmy Fitch and wife Wanda of Lincoln County, and Charles Fitch of Lincoln County; two sisters, Darcus “Dot” Roberts, and Jessie Smith both of Athens; three brothers, James Pressnell and wife Vernell of Lincoln County, Charles Pressnell of Flint, AL and Glenn Pressnell and wife Linda of Athens, AL.
A graveside service for Mrs. Fitch will be Friday, December 2, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Bottoms Cemetery with Willie Banks officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:45 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
Mrs. Fitch was of the Baptist Faith.
