Mary P. Terry, 71, of Tuscumbia, went to Heaven peacefully in the arms of Jesus surrounded by her family. She was a member of Jubilee Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Robert F. Terry; parents, Letha and Roy White; brothers, Luther, Roy and Bub White; sister, Lorene McGee; and two great-grandsons.
She is survived by her children, Roger (Debby) Terry, Sheila (Danny) Huckaba, Nancy Bary and Bennie (Rana) Terry;
sister, Nadine (Kenneth) May;
grandchildren, Misty, Tiffany (Danny), Charessa (Josh), Del (Renee), Codie, Tyler, Haley, Maya, Chelsey and Kyle;
13 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Del Huckaba, Josh Pate, Codie and Tyler Terry, Kyle Davis and Jimmy Garrett.
Visitation will be Friday, July 12, from noon-2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. in the chapel, with burial to follow at Vandiver Hollow Cemetery.
Brother Del Huckaba and Brother Clyde Carter are officiating.
