Mary Nancy Williams, 76 of Boaz passed away Thursday, September 28, 2023, at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice. Nancy was born April 14, 1947, in Union Hill, Morgan County the daughter of Carnel Seagroves and Jessie Henderson Seagroves. She was a greeter at the Boaz Wal-Mart until her retirement and was married to the late David Williams.
She is survived by her children: Darlene Mahan, husband: Greg and Donald Riggins; four grandchildren and one great grandchild; sisters: Mamie Haga, Sandra Jody Robinson and Pat LeCroy; brother: Tommy Seagroves (Kathy); host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded by husband: David Williams; parents: Carnel and Jessie Seagroves; siblings: Barbara Hamilton, Marie Allen and Wayne “Bud” Seagroves.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 30, 2023, at the Brindlee Mountain Chapel with Brother Frankie Flack officiating. The burial will be in New Canaan Cemetery in Union Hill, Gober Funeral Chapel directing. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the Brindlee Mountain Chapel.
Pallbearers: Joseph Riggins, Blake Riggins, Jackie Maddox, Chris Seagroves, John Wynn and Seth Motte.
