Mary Mazzella passed away Thursday, December 18, 2014, at the age of 88. She was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia, and was a member of Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church in Decatur. Mrs. Mazzella was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Mazzella.
She is survived by her daughters, Kathleen (Dale) Berisford of Madison and Pauline Mazzella of Decatur; grandsons, Frank (Jennifer) Berisford of Huntsville and Jonathan Berisford of Hollywood, CA; great-granddaughters, Anna and Ella Kathleen Berisford; sister, Virginia Veltri of Charleston, WV and brother, John Veltri of Charleston, WV.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the COPD Foundation or The American Heart Association .
