Mary Louise Anderson, age 89 of Decherd, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. She was born on March 22, 1931 in Flat Creek to the late Arthur Murrell and Claudia Elizabeth (Gipson) Kelley. Mary Louise was a devoted homemaker. A hard working woman, she made her families clothing and enjoyed gardening, canning, crocheting, and quilting. In addition to her parents, Mary Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Milton E. Anderson; and sons, Lamar Anderson and Charles Anderson. She is survived by her loving children, Murrell E. (Donna) Anderson of Valparaiso, Indiana, and Elizabeth “Libby” (Dennis) Inmon of Estill Springs; siblings, Thomas E. (Sheila) Kelley of Winchester, Roy (Sandra) Kelley of Decherd, and Shirley M. Anderson of Arizona; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Family services were held with burial at Mt Garner Cemetery.
