Mary Lou Green, age 89, previously of Sheffield, Alabama, passed away Friday, Aug. 21, 2015. Visitation will be today from 2-3 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel, with service to follow at 3 p.m. Burial will be in the Colbert Memorial Gardens. She was member of Woodward Avenue Baptist Church.
Mrs. Green was preceded in death by parents, George and Ola Mae Ayers; husband, Robert Quinton Green; brothers, B.J., Gilbert and Jack Ayers; sisters, Idell and Rosa Lee Ayers and Lula Mae McGinley.
Survivors are daughter, Faye Frazier Culbertson; grandchildren, Dawn Frazier Shoults (Jeff) and Richard Blake Frazier (Shelly); great-grandchildren, Morgan, Blake Jr. and Ansley Frazier and Frazier and Darin Shoults; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
