Mary Looney Kiker, 81, of Adamsville, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 15, 2022. She spent the last 5 years with her family in Chelsea. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Franklin “Tommy Joe” Kiker; parents, James Walter “J.W.” and Myrtle Looney; brothers, James Willard “Buster”, John Douglas “Johnny” and Kenneth “Kenny” Looney; and her sister Nancy Snow. Mary is survived by her son; Michael Kiker (Cathy); daughter, Leigh Ann Bates (Lee); grandchildren Lauren Walton (Kent), Jacob Kiker (Chelesea) and David Bates; great-grandchildren Kamden Kiker, Handleigh Walton and Kyson Kiker as well as her sister, Rita Myrick. A graveside service to honor her life will be held at 11am on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Freewill Cemetery in West Jefferson. The family would like to thank Comfort Care Hospice for all of their help during this time. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to Chelsea Church of God.
