Mary Kathleen Upton, also known as Kathy, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2023, in Huntsville, Alabama, at the age of 62. She was born on December 19, 1960, in Owego, New York, to James George Motter and Mary Eleanor Lake Motter. Kathy was the beloved wife of Jamie Upton, who preceded her in death.
Kathy will be lovingly remembered by her surviving family members, including her brothers Robert Motter and Harold Motter, and her sister Carol O’Neal. She was cherished by her family and friends and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A ceremony to celebrate Kathy’s life will be held on September 23, 2023. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and offer condolences from 5:30 to 7:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home, located in Huntsville, Alabama.
