Mary Jo Rollo, of Jasper, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 4, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 4, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Walker Memory Gardens. Dr. Mike Adams will officiate.
Mrs. Rollo was preceded in death by her Husband-General Charles Rollo; Mother-Bertha Blanton Burns; Sister-Hazel Baxter; Special beloved niece-Donna Baxter Justice.
She is survived by her Brother-Mason Burns; Nieces and Nephews-Donald Baxter and Diane Baxter, Jacob Justice and Brittnay Justice and Joseph Justice, Allen Baxter, Kitten Baxter, Anna Kathryn Baxter and Maitland Baxter; Special friends-Doug Booth and Ron Padget.
After graduating from the University of Alabama, she taught school for 30 years, 25 at Walker High School.
