Funeral service for Mrs. Mary Jo Moorehead Hall, age 82, of Fayetteville, will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Don Russell officiating. Burial will follow beside her husband Paul Lafayette Hall in Riverview Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Hall passed away November 14, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Hall was the daughter of the late Rufus Aaron and Sophie Elma Clayton Moorehead, and was a member of the Park City Baptist Church.
Survivors include her children Phil (Sheila) Hall, Kathy (Ricky) Shockley, and Perry (Tony) Hall all of Fayetteville; grandchildren Brian Hall, Brandy (Kiley) Ray, Nikki Shockley, and Daniel (Terra) Shockley; great-grandchildren Lane Hall, Landon Ray, Eli Ray, Blake Shockley, Evy Grace Shockley; and siblings Nell Sanders and Faye Benson. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her siblings L.C. Moorehead, Elaine McAnally, Dorothy Corder, and Virginia White.
Visitation with the family will be 5 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Higgins Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial can be made to the Balance Program at Fayetteville First Presbyterian Church 101 Mulberry Ave, Fayetteville, TN 37334.
