Mary Helen Mayo, age 92, of Huntsville, Al passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016 at her residence. Mary Mayo was born in Tennessee to George and Lucy VanDyke. She was a member of Hillwood Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Milton Edward Mayo and her parents George and Lucy VanDyke. She is survived by her sons William Edward Mayo (Kathy) and David Vann Mayo; her daughter Margaret P. Mayo; one grandchild and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 22, 2016 from 11 till 1 pm at Hampton Cove Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1 pm with Rev Charles Freeman officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
