Mary Helen Horton, 84, of Hatton, passed away Friday, December 16, 2022 at NHC of Moulton Moulton, AL. Visitation will be from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The graveside service will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Fergason Cemetery with Terry Settles officiating. Burial will be at Fergason Cemetery in Town Creek, AL.
Helen was born on October 25, 1938 to the late Roy and Mary Lois NeSmith Terry.
Survivors include her brother, Carl (Debbie) Terry, of Decatur; and extended family.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents and husband Dewayne Horton.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family extends special thanks to Hospice of the Valley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
