Mary Hazel Rainey, age 83, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
She was born February 16, 1941, in Lincoln County, Tennessee, to the late Clifford and Mary Bigham Franklin. She retired from Cosmolab and JC Penney where was a Sales Manager. She was a member of Cane Creek Church of Christ. Her favorite past-time was getting on her tractor and mowing the yard and fields. She enjoyed working in her flowers and collecting roosters.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Randy Lee Taylor and two husbands, Donald F. Taylor and Alfred Taylor Rainey and brother-in-law Lynn Brown.
She is survived by two sons, Timothy F. (Shari) Taylor of Murfreesboro and Danny (Tina) Taylor of Petersburg; two sisters Doris (Lloyd) Luna of Huntsville, AL, and Sylvia Brown of Fayetteville; 11 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; daughter-in-law Angie Taylor; special friend and companion Edward Runions.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, Tennessee, on Friday, February 7, 2025, from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Friday, February 7, 2025, at 3:00 pm from the Chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in Talley Cemetery at Cane Creek.
