Mary Frances Cobb, a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2026, in Myrtle, Mississippi.
Born on July 27, 1962, in New Albany, Mississippi, Mary touched the lives of many with her warm spirit and vibrant personality.
Mary embraced her passions for decorating, painting, and surrounding herself with cherished knick-knacks, each telling a story of her creative heart. Her joyful presence and laughter brought warmth to family gatherings, where she delighted in the simple pleasures of life-especially the time spent with her grandchildren, whose laughter resonated with hers in an unbreakable bond.
Mary’s love for family was the cornerstone of her life. She is survived by her devoted husband, Don Cobb, and their children: Kim Vance (Shane), Austin Cobb (Stephanie) and Summer Bolton(Terry). She found immense joy in being a grandmother to her cherished grandsons, Ryder Cobb, Steven Cobb, Jaxon Vance and Kingston Bolton, and her granddaughters, Kinzley Vance and Harper Cobb. Mary is also survived by her sisters, Barbara Cobb and Dottie Mardis, and brother, Ricky Lewis, who will forever hold dear the memories of their time spent together.
Mary was known for her nurturing spirit as she poured love into her family’s lives and made countless beautiful memories.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents Detroit Lewis and Myrtle Lewis brothers; Paul Lewis and Larry Lewis.
In reflection of her cherished life, a visitation will be held at Glenfield Funeral Home from 10:00 AM- 12 PM, with a funeral service immediately following at 12:00 PM at Glenfield Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at Enterprise Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Shun Lewis, Donnie Moody, Stevie Foreman, Oddie Lewis, Brian Hudson, Danny Wayne Cobb.
