Mary Frances Archie – Obituary

Mary Frances Archie, 88, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016, at the Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born March 5, 1928, to Frank and Leona Gray. She was a factory worker and a Baptist in belief. She loved camping and enjoyed fishing. She loved all her children.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton with Dr. Clay Anthony officiating. Burial will be in the Keyes Cemetery.

Survivors include two sons, David Earl Archie (Regina) of Fulton and Timmy Ray Archie (Nancy) of Fairview; five daughters, Charlotte Ann Shamlin of Peaceful Valley, Flora Mae Blaylock of Fulton, Joyce Clifton (Tim) of Mooreville, Erma Faye McGee (Billy) of Aberdeen, and Brenda Kaye Stout (Danny) of Guntown; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles David Archie; one son, Billy Charles Archie; her parents; and all her brothers and sisters.

Pallbearers will be Tim Pearce, Chris White, Mitchie Sheffield, Zachary Sheffield, Jessie Wade, Jeremy Clifton, and Chet White.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
