Mary Evelyn Lowrance departed this life on September 28, 2014 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 91 Years, 4 Months, 9 Days. She was born May 19, 1923 the daughter of the late Joshua Arlie and Pauline Donahoe Dillon.
She was united in marriage to John Hugh Lowrance on March 10, 1941. Mr. Lowrance preceded her in death on November 22, 1991.
Mrs. Lowrance was a member of Curtis Hill Church of God and was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, yard work, quilting, and being with her family.
She is survived by a daughter, Faye Jarnagin and husband Chuck of Selmer, TN; three sons, Larry Lowrance and wife Gail of Bethel Springs, TN, Joe Lowrance and wife Shirley of Hornsby, TN, Ricky Lowrance and wife Billie Mae of Bethel Springs, TN; 12 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, 6 Great Great Grandchildren; two sisters, Nola Rigsby of St. Louis, MO, Judy Drake of St. Louis, MO; two brothers, Lee Dillon of Belleville, IL, John Paul Dillon of Wickliffe, KY; a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Lowrance was preceded in death by a daughter, Glenda Sue King; two sons, John Lowrance, Jimmy Lowrance; a Great Grandson, Zachary Smith; four brothers, Jerry Dillon, Joe Dillon, Ted Dillon, Gene Dillon.
