Mary Ellen Thrasher, age 74, of Cullman, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. She was born on December 28, 1946 to Earl & Delma Hampton. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved flowers and bird watching.

Mrs. Thrasher was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Glenda Jones; brothers, Clyde Hampton, David Hampton.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Thrasher; daughter, Melissa (Monty) Roberts; step-daughters, Kathy (Greg) Burks, Rebecca (Greg) Kimbrough; step-sons, Lance (Susan) Thrasher, Greg Thrasher; sister, Martha (Jim) Schuh; 16 grandchildren & 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service for Mary Ellen Thrasher, 74, of Cullman will be 4pm Friday, August 27, 2021 at the Jones Chapel Cemetery. Pastor Justin Lynch will officiate the service.
