Mary Ellen Pickett, age 85 of Cordova, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at her residence.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 6, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Harold Spradlin and James Perkins will officiate.
Mrs. Pickett was preceded in death by her Husband-R.V. Pickett; Daughter-Nancy Pickett; Father-James Morgan; Mother-Viola Sperling Morgan; Father-in-law-Blanton Pickett; Mother-in-law-Birdie Ella Pickett; Brother-Jerry Morgan; Sister-Lucky Bennett; Brother-Jimmy Morgan; Grandparents-Pearl Sperling, William Sperling, Mabel Morgan and Master Jim Morgan; Brother-in-law-Thomas Pickett, Richard Moon, Joel Bennett, Dusty Johnston, Mitchell Stelman; Sister-in-law-Cheryl Morgan and Donna Morgan Special Pet-Tiffany Ann Pickett.
She is survived by her Daughter-Sandy Pickett; Special Pet-Sabrina Kay Pickett; Sons-Ricky Pickett(Tracy), Johnny Pickett, Donald Pickett and Kevin Pickett; Special Pet-Dexter Laurence Pickett; Sisters-Peggy O’Gwin(Roy),Helen Pickett, Margie Moon, Joyce Johnston and Tammy Stelman; Sister-in-law-Diann Morgan; Brothers-Louis Morgan and Steve Morgan(Mary); Grandchildren-Brandon Pickett, David Pickett, Eric Pickett and Sarah Pickett; Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
