Mary Elizabeth Joyce, age 88, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at NHC Lawrenceburg -Brink Street.
Mary was born in Shepardsville, Indiana on September 18, 1933 to the late William and Mary Joyce.
Mary was a very hardworking woman. She enjoyed all sorts of jobs from working in a nursing home to being a bartender. Her family would refer to her as sweet but fiery. If she didn’t like you, she would make it known. She was feisty in her own way.
Mary is survived by her children: Vicky Johnson, Clark Nevins, Kenneth Nevins, David Woody, Iry Paul Nevins, and Buddy Nevins; grandchildren: Victoria Nevins, Lisa Maria Morrow, Mark Andrew Nevins; and 15 greatgrandchildren.
Williams Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
