Mary Elizabeth Blackwood, 82, of Huntsville, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Meridianville. She is survived by her husband, James Blackwood; sister, Louise (Harlon)Goolesby; niece, Abby (John) Stallings; great niece, Megan (Joe) Reid; great nephew, Ethan Stallings; step-son, Harold (Carol) Blackwood and Randall (JoAnn) Blackwood; step-daughter, Connie (Steve) Gulley; three step-grandchildren and two great-nieces. Visitation will Friday at Berryhill Funeral Home from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. with a chapel service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens. Rev. Joe Reid will be officiating. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
