Mary Charlotte Berryman, age 69, of Russellville, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019 at North Alabama Medical Center.
Mary was a loving and kind wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a wonderful person who will be remembered by everyone who knew her.
The visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2019 in the chapel. Burial will be at Tharptown Cemetery.
She leaves to cherish her memory; her husband of almost 25 years, Phillip Berryman; children, Durant Newell, Adam Berryman, Amber Wise (husband, Cory); grandchildren, Tyler Neeley, Ashley Newell, Casondra Newell, Brent Newell, Trent Neeley; great-grandchildren, Hayden Parker, Kendra Parker, Camren Parker, Haley Wise, Michael Wise, Keagan Neeley, Uriah Thompson; and a host of nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Howard Newell; daughter, Donita Newell; grandson, Nathaniel Neeley; parents, Arthur & Savannah Black; siblings, Dean Black, William Black, Kenneth Black, Bud Black, JC Black, Tulan Black, James Robert Black, Pearl Black, Hazel Miller, Barbara Broadway, Austail Taylor, and Ludie Smith.
The pallbearers are Cory Wise, Daniel Webster, Mason Broadway, Brandon Cothrum, Dewayne Broadway, Rickey Fugate, and Corey Jones.
The family wants to extend a special thanks to the nurses and staff of North Alabama Medical Center for your love and care of our family.
