Mary Beth Ruble, age 81, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Mary was born on November 30, 1944, to the late Warren Harding and Emily Webb Parigin. She loved collecting antiques and records, but most of all, she fiercely loved her children and grandchildren. When her daughters asked what they were supposed to do after she was gone, Mary replied, “Love the babies, and look for the butterflies.”
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, George Harvey Ruble Jr.; and her brothers, Glenn Parigin and Ronald Harding Parigin.
She is survived by her loving family: daughters, Brandi Ruble, Amanda (Vaughn) Walters, and Kelley (Damein) Prater; brothers, Robert (Gail) Parigin and Kenneth Parigin; sister, Doris Barnhill; grandchildren, Spencer (Kristen) Walters, Cuyler (Skylar) Walters, Seth (Chloe) Richardson, Micah Galyon, Lilith Ruble, Hannah Prater, and Lexie Prater; and great-grandchildren, Gage Walters, Abel Walters, Everett Walters, Carson Walters, Colt Richardson, Lilian Walters, Harper Richardson, Weslyn Walters, and Amarie Walters. Several nieces, nephews, and extended family members also survive.
Per Mary’s wishes, she will be cremated, and services will be held at a later date.
