Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Mary Ann Finney Butler, age 83 of Estill Springs. Mrs. Butler passed away in the early evening hours of October 27, 2020. She was a Franklin County native, a 1954 graduate of Franklin County High School and a member of Estill Springs United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Robert Leon Butler; daughter, Deborah Green; mother, Lois Martin Finney and father, James Felix Finney; brother, Pat Finney. She leaves to cherish her memory and mourn her passing, her daughter, Tina (Mark) Recio of Estill Springs; brother, and sister-in-law, Martin & Jackie Finney of Winchester; grandson, Jamie (Anna) Green of Smyrna; great-grandchildren, Heather (Dalton) Green and Tyler Green; great-great granddaughter, Kinsley Green; several great-great grandsons; nieces, Denise (Roger) Sanson, Jennifer (Ross) Tanner, Regina (Scott) Robertson; nephews, John Butler and George Butler. The family will receive friends between the hours of 1 and 3 p.m. Sunday November 1, 2020 at Watson-North funeral Home. A celebration of life to honor the birthday and the life of Mary Ann Butler will follow at 3 p.m. in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson-North Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Webster, pastor of Estill Springs United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Ross Tanner, John Butler, George Butler, Houston Tanner, Austin Tanner and Tim Pendergrass.
